Projects we work on:
Software:
Siemens Step-7, Step-5, CoDeSys, AB RSLogix, Mitsubishi E-Designer, OPC
(multi-vendor), ProTool, WinCC, WinCC Flexible, FactoryTalk, TIA, AutoCAD.
Siemens PLC: Simatic S7-200, S7-1200, S7-300/R, S7-400/H/FH.
Other PLC: AB [ControlLogix, CompactLogix, MicroLogix], ABB [800xA], Schneider, Messung [NexGenie], Mitsubishi.
HMI: Simatic OP, Touch Panel, KTP, MP, Messung, Mitsubishi.
S7 300R/400R/400H: Redundant, Fault Tolerant, Hot-Standby systems are used when
the failure of an automation system, e.g. due to CPU failure, and resultant loss of production and down times can
incur high costs. In many applications, the demands placed on the quality of redundancy, or the size of plant areas
that require redundant automation systems, are not such that integration of a special fault-tolerant system is
absolutely necessary. Some such requirements are fully met by means of mere software redundancy.
PCS7: SIMATIC PCS 7 is a powerful engineering tool and has wide
variety of additional functions such as alarm management, process safety and asset management. It offers high system
availability, security and safety, together with reduced total cost.
Migration / Upgradation: Convert running automatic systems from old controllers (e.g.
Simatic S5) to new ones (e.g. Simatic S7).
WinCC / WinCC Flexible / Protool: SCADA screen design, Trends, Alarm, Data-logging, Report.

Systems like:
Report Generation: Every plant/machine strives for highest efficiency, continuous
operation, performance guarantee, highest quality and minimal human intervention. Using automation systems,
parameters are logged to analyze and increase productivity along with auditing purpose,
Automatic Reporting Systems are universally installed to fulfill the purpose, which avoids erroneous data
log.
Pharmaceutical 21 CFR Part 11: Relevant industry standards are followed during
development of software and systems. Our team has experience of delivering with compliance of the Pharmaceutical Standard
21 CFR Part 11.
SIL:
Safety Integrity Level (SIL-2, SIL-3) Systems are used to ensure failure does not cause unsafe operation of
the system. Such systems incorporate 1oo2, 2oo3, etc. evaluation of signals.
(oo stands for "out of") RFID: Radio-frequency identification (RFID) is a technology that
uses communication through radio waves to exchange data between a reader and an electronic tag attached to object,
for the purpose of identification and tracking.
Bar Code: Barcode is an optical machine readable representation of data,
which shows information about the object to which it attaches. Barcodes are scanned by special-optical scanners
called barcode readers, scanners and interpretive software.
Printer: Printers may be interfaced with PLC system to achieve
real-time management logs, reduce error, achieve higher quality.
GPRS: Remote I/O (Input/Output) modules can be used to communicate
over mobile technology (using SIM, GPRS) over secure internet connection. These exchange information from long
distances with the central PLC (CPU) to control huge plants such as that of Oil & Gas pipelines, offshore
platforms, etc.
